Includes a visit to La Jolla Village, then a visit to the Historic Old Town: The birthplace of California & San Diego Harbor, and ends in Gas Lamp Quarter & Coronado Island.

HISTORIC OLD TOWN

OLD TOWN - the historic heart of San Diego. Founded in 1769, Old Town San Diego was California’s first settlement with only a mission and fort.  Here you can experience life from the early Mexican-American period of 1821-1872 through rich living history. 


SAN DIEGO HARBOR

Where you’ll visit the war memorials celebrating World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Standing tall are the USS Midway, Bob Hope’s Tribute to the troops and the statue commemorating the end of WW2, The Kissing Statue of the sailor and nurse known for the unconditional surrender ending the conflict at New York's Time Square in 1945. Enjoy the unbelievable ocean views. 


THE GASLAMP QUARTER

Browse local markets, restaurants, & pubs, the perfect venue for Lunch!

The Gaslamp Quarter Historic District. Developed in 1867, with Alonzo Hortonhad hopes of creating a new city center closer to the bay choosing 5th Avenue for main street. The Gaslamp Quarter covers 16½ blocks and 94 historic buildings, constructed in the Victorian Era, and still in use with active tenants including restaurants, shops and nightclubs. 


CORONADO ISLAND

and the World Famous Hotel Del, A living legend for 130 years, The Del celebrates its rich heritage as the proud host to celebrities, royalty, U.S. President & beach-loving guests for generations.
